Cancellation Policy
We value your time — and ours! To ensure the best service for all of our guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to pay a deposit when booking future appointments.
• If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
We completely understand that life happens! If you have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
